These terms summarize booking and trip expectations for VIP transportation and tour services. Final contracted terms are provided in each quote and service agreement.
Booking and Payment
- Quotes are based on route, timing, passenger count, and vehicle availability.
- Reservations are confirmed only after written acceptance.
- Deposits or milestone payments may be required before travel date.
Schedule Changes and Cancellations
- Change requests are accommodated when operationally feasible.
- Rate adjustments may apply if timing, distance, or vehicle type changes.
- Cancellation terms are governed by the signed service agreement.
Passenger Conduct and Safety
- Passengers must follow driver safety instructions at all times.
- Illegal activity and unsafe behavior are not permitted.
- Trip organizers are responsible for communicating onboard rules to their group.
